* Only labor categories and rates set forth in the price schedule may be used for task order pricing. The Government reserves the right to negotiate additional labor categories to this schedule as needed for task orders.

* The specified hours for the base period and options are for evaluation purposes only. The actual number of hours needed will vary as set forth in task order requirements.

* Proposed rates shall be fully burdened labor rates which shall apply to for pricing of all task orders during the specified period of performance.

* The fully burdened labor rates shall include all indirect costs and profit. No additional profit or fee shall be applied to CX Lab task orders.
