About this file

This document is a Past Performance Form template for the National Weather Service Commercial Data Program (National Mesonet Program) solicitation. The form requires offerors to provide detailed information about up to three previous contracts, focusing on their relevance to the current solicitation. Key areas of inquiry include prime/subcontractor status, experience with environmental data support services, cloud-based capabilities, data source management, and subcontract oversight.

The template seeks comprehensive details about past contract performance, including contract type, total value, contract dates, and specific capabilities related to data collection and management across atmospheric, terrestrial, and oceanic geographic domains. Respondents must explain how their previous work aligns with the solicitation's requirements, demonstrating expertise in data optimization, geographic configuration of commercial data sources, and quality control of subcontractor relationships. Attachments such as Contract Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR) or Past Performance Questionnaires are required to substantiate the submitted information.
