About this file

This is an Addendum 1 to RFP 8595 issued by the City of Waterbury and Waterbury Public Schools for the design and build of rooftop solar photovoltaic systems at five school sites in Connecticut. Proposers must be Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (CT DAS) prequalified construction contractors in the SOLAR ELECTRIC classification to be eligible. The project encompasses five distinct solar installations across school facilities, with each site corresponding to CT DAS Projects 151-0310PV, 151-0311PV, 151-0312PV, 151-0313PV, and 151-0314PV. As an addendum document, this file contains modifications, clarifications, or additional requirements to the original RFP that supersede or supplement the base solicitation documents and must be reviewed in conjunction with the primary RFP.

The specific details regarding pricing terms, contract award date, proposal due date, site visit requirements, bidder conference information, contract term, and renewal options are not detailed in this addendum excerpt. To obtain comprehensive information about pricing submission requirements, funding sources, project budget allocations, and other material terms, proposers should consult the complete RFP 8595 base document along with all addendum materials issued by the City of Waterbury and Waterbury Public Schools.
