About this file

This document is an Outreach Plan for a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the state of Oregon for Technical Assistance for Public Water Systems. The RFP calls for proposers to submit a Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan, which outlines the steps the proposer will take to solicit certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses (referred to as "Certified Firms") for any subcontracting opportunities. Proposers must indicate if they are an Oregon certified firm and provide lists of Certified Firms and other relevant businesses they have had contractual relationships with in the past two years. If subcontracting opportunities are anticipated, proposers must describe those opportunities and their approximate dollar values. Proposers must also agree to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for Technical Assistance for Public Water Systems, which involves the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem, Oregon. No additional details about the specific products, services, or contract terms are provided in the given information.
