SAIF will disqualify all nonresponsive proposals from further evaluation. Responsive proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria in section G, Selection Criteria.

Any due diligence conducted by a proposer is at the proposer’s expense. All proposals become the property of SAIF upon delivery to SAIF.

1. Minority-owned and women-owned businesses continue to be a dynamic and fast-growing sector of the Oregon economy. Oregon is committed to creating an environment that supports the ingenuity and industriousness of Oregon’s Minority Business Enterprise

Proposer further certifies and agrees that it has not and will not discriminate in its employment practices with regard to race, creed, age, religious affiliation, sex, disability, sexual orientation or national origin, and it has not and will not discriminate against a subcontractor in the awarding of a subcontract because the subcontractor is a minority-owned, woman-owned, or emerging small business enterprise certified under ORS 200.055.

Any action or suit brought by the parties relating to this contract must be brought and conducted exclusively in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Marion County in

COVID Policy
Esteemed SAIF vendors and business partners:
As COVID-19 continues to affect our daily lives, SAIF extends its deepest sympathies to anyone who the virus has impacted negatively, either directly or indirectly. Along these lines, as a leader in Oregon Workers’ Compensation Insurance, SAIF strives to protect the health and safety of our employees, policyholders, and business partners. SAIF is proud of the steps we have taken to protect one another and our customers from COVID-19 exposure. Unfortunately, it remains a top priority that these efforts continue.
In this regard, it is paramount that SAIF vendors and business partners do not visit SAIF facilities in person if you or an employee are feeling ill, exhibiting symptoms from, or similar to, COVID-19, or have recently tested positive for COVID-19. Likewise, if you or one of your employees has tested positive for COVID-19 after a recent in-person visit to SAIF facilities, or with SAIF employees, it is essential that you immediately notify SAIF of the positive result so that we can take the necessary precautions to avoid further spread of COVID-19.
Thank you for your concern and cooperation. By working together, we can help diminish the spread of COVID-19 and limit the deleterious effects of its associated symptoms and illness.
Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. SAIF greatly appreciates your services and cooperation.
