About this file

This is an Award Recommendation document for RFP 260000001784 issued by the State of Michigan. The RFP sought qualified vendors to provide specific services or products as detailed in the original request for proposal documentation. The evaluation process included assessment of submitted proposals against established criteria, with the recommendation identifying the successful bidder(s) and justifying the award decision based on proposal quality, cost-effectiveness, and ability to meet the state's requirements. The contract award represents the conclusion of the formal competitive procurement process and establishes the selected vendor(s) to provide the requested services or goods.

The Award Recommendation document contains the official determination regarding contract award, including the selected vendor's name, pricing information, and the rationale for selection. This recommendation precedes the formal Notice of Intent to Award, which was issued to notify all bidders of the award decision and provide opportunity for protest or appeal. The document serves as the supporting documentation for the state's award decision and establishes the basis for contract execution with the successful proposer(s).
