The contract covers event planning services for the conference season running July 1 to June 30, with responsibilities including coordinating multiple events ranging from small workshops (20-30 attendees) to larger updates and workshops (100+ attendees). The scope includes 1-4 additional events spanning no more than 4 total days that may be added to the 2025-2026 event list.

The contractor will be responsible for collecting registration fees to offset event expenses, maintaining a line of credit for vendor payments, and processing advance deposits for venues, materials, exhibitors, and presenters as approved by MDE-OCTE.
