About this file

This document is Addendum #1 for RFP-25-7, issued by the Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) for Glazing Services on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis, dated December 1, 2024. The addendum modifies two key aspects of the original Request for Proposal: first, it updates the proposal page limit guidelines to specify that proposals shall not exceed 10 pages, with covers, backs, and specific tabs not counting toward the page limit; second, it adds a requirement that if awarded a contract, the respondent must provide Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) badging at their own expense for employees who will work in secured areas.

The addendum provides additional details about TWIC badging, directing interested parties to more information on the Canaveral Port Authority's website. The document was released via VendorLink and is part of the broader bidding documents for the Glazing Services contract. The modifications are intended to clarify proposal submission requirements and outline specific security credentialing expectations for potential contractors working within the port's secured areas.
