About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of Palm Beach, Florida for a Community Relations Consultant. The objective is to contract for services as specified in the Scope of Services, which includes media outreach, strategic communications, and event promotion.
The RFP does not provide a specific budget amount, but the ELC indicates they are open to various contract structures such as hourly rates or retainer agreements. There is no incumbent vendor currently providing these services, which are a new initiative for the ELC. The ELC is looking to engage both local and national media outlets, with a focus on promoting early learning and family/community impact themes. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating content such as press releases and coordinating with the ELC's internal communications team.
