About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-038 for Public Health Consultation Services issued by Ottawa County, Michigan. The RFP seeks consulting agencies with extensive knowledge of Michigan County Public Health processes to assess, enhance, and standardize key public health processes, policies, and communication strategies. The proposed contract is for one year, with vendors required to submit comprehensive proposals using specific attachments including a cover sheet (Attachment A), vendor references (Attachment B), and a detailed proposal response (Attachment C). The document provides instructions for proposal submission, requiring vendors to include three references from similar projects, preferably from governmental or community-based organizations.
The RFP includes several critical vendor compliance requirements, such as certifying the vendor is not an "Iran Linked Business", confirming no current federal debarment, and agreeing to meet minimum insurance requirements. While specific pricing details are not explicitly stated in the provided documents, vendors must complete a comprehensive proposal demonstrating their capabilities in public health consultation. The RFP emphasizes the importance of understanding project specifications and conditions, with vendors agreeing that submission of a proposal constitutes acknowledgment of expected work conditions and project requirements.
