About this file

This document is an addendum to RFP 24-46 issued by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System Purchasing Department for a Peer Mediation Program Service Provider on an annual contract basis. The purpose of the RFP is to establish a professional services contract with a qualified provider to perform the specified scope of services, which should include the capability to provide online direct/indirect services to students. The contract will be for services on an "as needed" basis, with hours worked dependent on the needs of the District and students. Offerors must state the hours per week they are available to provide services. The RFP closing date has been extended to May 7, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (EST).

The RFP allows for the inclusion of additional conflict prevention services, such as Positive Peer Influencers, Building Relationships and Voicing Emotions, and conflict-resolution services for personnel, with the costs for any value-added services to be provided separately. The RFP also indicates that the preferred delivery method for services is 100% in-person. SCCPSS personnel may not be provided as references, but the contact details for other entities where the offeror has provided services are sufficient.
