This document is an RFP (Request for Proposal) from the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget for Liquid Anti-icing/Deicing - Agricultural Byproducts (ABP) & Salt Brine statewide. The RFP seeks proposals from contractors to provide both liquid deicer with ABP and salt brine deicer which meet the specifications outlined in Schedule A. The RFP also includes a requirement for liquid storage tank rental options. The RFP provides estimated annual quantities for each region in Michigan, including Superior, North, Grand, Bay, Metro, Southwest, and University. Bidders must provide unit pricing per gallon for the deicer products and monthly rental fees for the storage tanks. The RFP has a proposal deadline of 4/17/23 and the contract term is not specified.

Bidders must certify that their prices were arrived at independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement with any other bidder. The contract opportunity is open to the State of Michigan and its participating MiDEAL members, which include Ingham County and the City of Lansing.
