During the evaluaon period, if an item is unclear, or needs further clarificaon, Proposers may be requested to provide addional documentaon.

During review, if any of the required documents are missing, incomplete, or if any required documents have been modified or contain alteraons, the Energy Safety may reject the proposal submital as non-responsive. Energy Safety reserves the right to ask clarifying quesons during evaluaon; however, the answers cannot change or alter the proposal submital. Should a discrepancy exist between the answer provided and the proposal submital, the proposal submital will be considered correct.

Proposals that contain false or misleading statements, or which provide references which do not support an atribute or condion claimed by the proposer, shall be rejected.

Proposals passing Phase 1 will be forwarded to the Evaluaon Panel to evaluate and score the technical requirements.

Following this chart is a list of the consideraons that the evaluaon team may take into account when assigning individual points to a technical Proposal.

During the evaluaon and selecon process, the Evaluaon Panel may schedule a clarificaon interview with a Proposer that will either be held by telephone or in person for the purpose of clarificaon and verificaon of informaon provided in the proposal. However, these interviews may not be used to change or add to the contents of the original Proposal.

Formula: Lowest Average Hourly Rate x Max. Technical Points Available = Cost Points

Next Lowest Hourly Rate

EXAMPLE CALCULATION:

Total Points Available from Consensus Scoring 210

Page (14 of 29 )

Respondent Average of

Hourly Rate

Lowest Average Hourly Rate

Next Lowest Average Hourly Rate

X Total Possible Technical Points = Cost Points

A $200 200/200 x 210 = 210 B $250 200/250 x 210 = 168

Preferences will be applied as required to eligible proposals. Please see Secon 4, Socio-Economic and Preference Programs.
