About this file

This is an RFP evaluation tab sheet for the Utility SAP Customer and Financial System Integrator project issued by the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) on November 29, 2022. Six firms submitted proposals meeting minimum requirements: Deloitte Consulting LLP, Ernst & Young LLP, HCL America, Inc., IBM, Infosys Limited, and Utegration, LLC. Proposals are being evaluated based on content of response and scored evaluation criteria outlined in Tier 1 Section 4.1, with point values awarded to each proposer. Following Tier 1 evaluation completion, all proposers will receive written notification of their scores. The tentative notification date was extended to December 9, 2022, with in-person demonstrations rescheduled to the week of January 2, 2023.

The tab sheet does not provide specific information regarding pricing terms, contract value, set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources. The document serves primarily as a proposal receipt and evaluation status notification, indicating that detailed scoring results and evaluation criteria application would be communicated separately to all participating vendors. Tracy Davis, CPPB, CDT, EWEB Purchasing Analyst, is identified as the responsible procurement official.
