The cove base will be 4 inches tall in black.
The proposal will be evaluated based on several criteria totaling 100 points, with the most significant weight given to overall cost (40 points), followed by service compliance with specifications (20 points), previous experience with school districts (20 points), responsiveness (10 points), and firm qualifications (10 points). A local proposer in Gordon County will receive an additional 10 points if all other factors are equal and their pricing is within 5% of the lowest proposal. The RFP requires vendors to submit multiple documents including a vendor declaration, liability insurance, drug-free workplace certificate, E-Verify form, and three reference letters.
