About this file

This document is an Addendum to Request for Proposal (RFP) 2024-1 for HR and Payroll Services issued by Virtual Preparatory Academy (VPA) of Oregon. The Addendum modifies the RFP schedule, with the Addendum deadline on August 15, 2024, proposals due on August 19, 2024, public opening on August 19, 2024, and the Notice of Intent to Award issued around August 26, 2024. The Addendum also provides clarification on the Price Proposal Form and the public opening process.

Regarding pricing, the RFP requires proposers to provide either a per employee and total per contract year price or a markup percentage on hourly pay rate per employee for each service, as well as any additional fees and a total contract price. VPA of Oregon's current vendor for these services is Accel Online West, LLC, and VPA is not facing any issues with the current contract. VPA is seeking a single vendor to provide the requested HR and payroll services, and successful proposers will be required to provide training and technical support for VPA's staff.
