About this file
This memorandum is an amendment to RFP 2020-5666-CPC-MS issued by Western Oregon University to clarify project scope and correct solicitation errors. The amendment, distributed on May 9, 2022, by RFP Administrator Ryan J. Hagemann, addresses requests for clarification received following the initial posting of the RFP. The document does not specify detailed information regarding products or services, quantities, response deadlines, site visits, or bidders' meetings; however, it establishes that the total project amount is $21.3 million and supersedes any conflicting financial figures contained in the original solicitation documents.
The amendment provides critical clarification that all vendors should disregard any project cost amounts other than the stated $21.3 million total. No specific pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent vendor information, or funding source details are included in this amendment. The memorandum directs interested vendors to contact the RFP Administrator, Ryan Hagemann, at hagemannr@wou.edu for any additional questions or clarifications regarding the solicitation.
