About this file
This document is a response to clarifying questions submitted by interested firms regarding RFP 2021-51 issued by Clackamas County for Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Services. The RFP seeks to contract with multiple providers to deliver mental health and substance use disorder services to adults, youth (up to age 17 or 20), transition-aged youth, and older adults. Services may be delivered through both in-person and telehealth modalities, with both formats preferred. The County intends to award several contracts from this RFP, with caseloads varying depending on the number of respondents and contracts awarded.
The total budget for these services is set at $960,000 over a six-year period, equating to approximately $160,000 annually. The clarifying questions addressed in this document indicate that projected caseloads will depend on the number of awarded contracts, both service delivery methods are acceptable, and the scope encompasses comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services across multiple age groups and life stages. No specific response deadline or award date is provided in this clarifying questions document, as it serves solely to address inquiries submitted by prospective bidders seeking clarification on the RFP requirements and scope.
