Vendors may bid on the complete project or portions thereof and are permitted to submit multiple proposals with noted deviations from specifications.

The bid must include all costs for delivery, implements, and training, with the school district exempting taxes as a government entity. Payment will be issued within 30 days of product receipt and inspection for compliance. Vendors must submit a notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement and an Iran Business Relationship Affidavit in compliance with Michigan state law.
