About this file
This is a pricing schedule template (Schedule B) from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources for RFP 20_1377, concerning a Renewable Energy Systems Pilot Program at the Oden Fish Hatchery Visitor Center. The document outlines the pricing submission requirements for a solar power system installation project, requiring bidders to provide detailed information about proposed solar arrays, including system specifications, power capacity, and estimated energy production.
The pricing schedule requires bidders to submit comprehensive turnkey pricing that includes all development and installation costs, annual operation and maintenance fees, remote monitoring subscription costs, and pricing for an educational kiosk. Bidders must specify installed capacity in both kWAC and kWDC, estimated annual energy production in kWh, Year One savings, and 25-year lifetime savings projections. The document offers quick payment terms with a bidder-specified discount for early payment. All prices must be arrived at independently without consultation with other contractors, and multiple proposals from the same contractor must be exclusive of each other.
