About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 1 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the City of Atlanta Department of Procurement for the Traffic Signal Enhancement Program - Phase II, Project No. RFP/DOT/2308-1220380-2. The addendum provides responses to questions from potential proponents and updates the requirements for the Phase II submission. The proposal due date remains 3/7/2024 by 2:00 P.M. EST. The project does not involve any bridge design, and cost estimates will be requested from the top-scored consultant during the negotiation phase. Shortlisted firms should submit their technical and past performance responses through the ATL-Cloud system, following the guidelines on page limits and formatting. The Phase II response requires the submission of Appendix A (OCC Requirements), technical response, and past performance response.
The addendum clarifies that there are no bridges in the project scope, which is focused on traffic signal and ITS design. Pricing information is not required at the time of the Phase II submittal, as the Department of Procurement will reach out to the top-scored consultant during the negotiation phase to request a cost estimate. No other salient pricing, funding, or contracting details are provided in this addendum.
