About this file
This document is a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting Agenda for RFP 01-4101-27, issued by the City of Virginia for Annual Services Emergency and Non-Emergency Repairs. The RFP seeks qualified and experienced contractors to provide indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) emergency and non-emergency repair services on an as-needed basis through the competitive negotiation process. The mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2026, and attendance is required for all potential bidders. The agenda outlines the procedural requirements, evaluation criteria, and contract terms that will guide the procurement process and the establishment of one or more service contracts with selected contractors.
The specific agenda items and detailed meeting information, including exact times, location details, contact information for questions, and the complete scope of services to be discussed, would be outlined within the meeting agenda document itself. Interested contractors must confirm their attendance at this mandatory meeting to be eligible for proposal submission. The structure of this IDIQ contract allows for flexibility in service delivery as repair needs arise throughout the contract term, with pricing and performance requirements to be established through the formal RFP response process.
