About this file

This document is a Request for Offer (RFO) for Xerox printer maintenance and support services issued by the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS). CalSTRS is seeking service and maintenance for Xerox printers. The RFO provides an overview of the requested services, including ongoing preventative maintenance, repairs, and support for Xerox printers located at CalSTRS facilities. The RFO specifies the contract term is for three years with two optional one-year extensions. Responses to the RFO are due by a specific date, and a mandatory bidder's conference is scheduled prior to the submission deadline.

The RFO outlines the pricing structure, which includes a fixed monthly fee for maintenance, as well as hourly labor rates for any additional services. There are no set-asides identified, and the current incumbent contractor is not named. The RFO states that funding for the contract will be provided through CalSTRS' operating budget, but does not specify the total available funding amount.
