Only bids listed on CAL FIRE’s Cost Quote Sheet will be considered. Bids submitted referencing attachments which include legal terms and conditions that conflict with the State’s General Provisions will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
The Cost Quote Sheet will be used solely for computing the cost as a fair and equitable formula to determine the low bidder and is not bidding on the contracting agency. However, the actual costs listed within the cost sheet will be binding for the term of the Agreement, once awarded.
This solicitation will be awarded on an “All or None” basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all administrative and technical requirements, terms, and conditions of this solicitation.
