About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers Set 1 regarding Request for Offer (RFO) 136-23-04 issued by the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR). The RFO is seeking a contractor to migrate existing department websites to the WordPress Content Management System (CMS) and transfer hosting to the California Department of Technology's CAWeb Publishing Services. CalHR clarified that there is no standard cost workbook template, but they require the inclusion of proposed staff information, hourly rates, and descriptions of services. Additionally, CalHR confirmed that they are responsible for maintaining all custom applications and are seeking a vendor capable of integrating custom applications or code into WordPress, as they will be utilizing another agency's hosting service that operates on the WordPress platform.
Regarding pricing, CalHR stated that they are specifically seeking a vendor capable of integrating custom applications or code into WordPress and are not open to suggestions for other CMS platforms or hosting services at this time. The RFO also mentions a previous procurement with event ID 0000031052, which indicates CalHR's interest in integrating custom applications or code into WordPress.
