About this file

This document is a Questionnaire for Industry related to a Sources Sought notice for Dry Batteries issued by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport. The questionnaire seeks market research information from potential contractors, requesting details about small business status, capability to provide dry batteries, delivery processes, estimated costs, technical risks, organizational experience, and willingness to submit a proposal. The Navy is specifically interested in obtaining information about contractors' ability to supply dry batteries referenced by drawing numbers 5992780_53711, 5992782_53711, 5992783_53711, and 7609151_53711.

Respondents are instructed to complete the questionnaire and email it to Amanda.r.gutgsell.civ@us.navy.mil, adhering to Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements. The sources sought notice emphasizes that this is a voluntary information gathering process, does not constitute a Request for Proposal, and the government will not reimburse or pay for submitted information. Contractors are advised to avoid including classified, controlled unclassified, or arms export controlled documents in their response, with detailed OPSEC requirements available on the Naval Sea Systems Command website.
