About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Home Visiting Evidence of Effectiveness (HomVEE) program, issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families.
The RFI seeks industry feedback on a Draft Performance Work Statement for the HomVEE program, which conducts systematic reviews of the evidence base for early childhood home visiting models. The RFI requests responses to specific technical and management-related questions, including the company's experience with systematic reviews, research methods, evidence assessment, information dissemination, and contract management. It also asks about requirements for a future Request for Proposal, potential risks or deterrents to bidding, and the company's accounting system capabilities. The RFI provides details on response format, page limits, submission instructions, and points of contact. Responses are due by November 11, 2024, and will be used for market research purposes only, not to solicit proposals at this time.
