The RFI seeks industry feedback on a Performance Work Statement and a set of 16 questions related to the respondent's expertise in CCEE research and policy, project management, data analysis, and product development. Responses are limited to 15 pages and must be submitted by November 14, 2024 at 5:00 PM ET via email. The RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not commit the government to issuing a solicitation or contract. No award will be made based on responses to this RFI.
