Video Conference Solutions

1. Is there a possibility of scheduling a site visit before the RFI due date? or after the RFI date but before any possible solicitation? Will there be an Industry Day or Walk-through scheduled?

No, there will be no site visits before the closing date of the RFI. Any potential solicitation will incorporate an opportunity for a site visit.

2. Is there an existing list of the actual inventory of equipment already in each of the rooms? How old is the equipment? Is it End of Life according to manufacturers? Are there photos of every room as is?

No, not applicable because rooms will be cleared out

2b. Is there software programming code for the rooms already completed and will the winning company get access to that programming code?

No rooms are complete and there is no code.

3a Is the plan to keep and use as much of the existing AV equipment as possible? Or is it a complete remove and replace with new equipment and software project?

This is a replacement with new equipment. Rooms will be emptied of existing legacy equipment (although some wiring may remain in walls/ceiling)

3b. Will this project be a brand new construction project or a Room renovation project or An AV upgrade only?

AV upgrade only, with potential slight room renovation where necessary

4. Is the vendor responsible for removing and disposing of replaced equipment?

No.

Potentially, yes.

8. Will there be Warehouse or Storage Room availability at 1800 F location to house all of the equipment, cables, tools, ladders, etc. to get the job done on site. Or will with Awardee have to warehouse and have storage offsite and work to bring in all of the tools, equipment, etc. every day?

GSA storage room may be provided

9. Will all of the rooms be available to work in from start to finish, or will there need to be ongoing scheduling and juggling of time to get all of the rooms done? In other words, will awardee have to work around the ongoing operations and scheduled meetings in those rooms?

There will need to be an ongoing schedule but, with enough notice, it could be blocks of rooms at a time.
