About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the FBI's Cross Domain Cybersecurity Solution (CDCS), seeking comprehensive details about technical requirements and implementation. The RFI indicates the FBI requires both Multi-Domain and Uni-Directional CDCS solutions to be deployed bureau-wide in enterprise data centers across multiple locations including the National Capital Region, Clarksburg (WV), Pocatello (ID), and Huntsville (AL). Key technical specifications include supporting data up to Top-Secret classification, operating on a high-threat network (UNet), and meeting a minimum Raise The Bar (RTB) version 4.5 compliance standard.

The FBI is seeking a comprehensive solution that includes software, hardware, maintenance, and professional services, with on/off-site personnel providing expert implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support. The contract opportunity could be solicited through GSA or SAM.GOV, and the agency is open to alternative capabilities that can replace existing systems while meeting stakeholder requirements. The current CDCS is currently satisfied by Forcepoint/Everfox, though specific contract details cannot be disclosed. The awarded contractor will be responsible for full operation and maintenance of the solutions, with personnel expected to play an integral role in implementation and configuration to meet the bureau's operational needs.
