About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the United States Secret Service (USSS) Cyber Fraud Task Force seeking market research for Faraday Rooms. The RFI seeks information on modular Faraday rooms for one (1) 10x30 room in the Washington, DC Field Office and potential rooms for forty-one (41) additional USSS field offices across the continental United States. The desired room specifications include an EMI Modular Hard Panel Enclosure with a heavy-duty vinyl ESD floor, 4 LED strip lights, a 4'x8' vestibule with entry/exit doors, a mantrap alert system, high voltage IO plate with multiple connection types, ventilation system, fire suppression capabilities, and specific electromagnetic shielding requirements.
Respondents must submit their response by 23 December 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. The RFI covers multiple room sizes (10x15, 10x20, 15x20, 10x30, 15x30), with the 10x30 room targeted for completion in 2026 and other sizes to be completed at various future times. The document emphasizes that this is a market research effort only and does not constitute a commitment to award a contract, and the government will not reimburse respondents for submission costs. Questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist LorieAnne Kliewer and Contracting Officer Matthew Sutton via their respective email addresses.
