USAID/GH/CII seeks information about interests, capabilities, and market information related to the provision of management and technical assistance support for market access and innovative financing activities using a partner facilitation approach.
The partner facilitation approach in this case would include:

• Simplifying subcontracting process and helping new firms navigate USG requirements.
• Acting as a focal point for a diverse range of specialized partners (i.e. subcontractors/sub-awardees) and ensuring their work is congruent with USAID’s overarching program objectives.
• Developing and serving as a coordinating agency for a network of partners and/or subcontractors to meet USAID’s goal of supporting market access and innovative financing activities in the context of international development
• Coordinating logistics of low-lift knowledge sharing opportunities like webinars
• Providing project management and contract support, including invoicing, costing, budgeting, communication, and reporting
• Convening technically specialized subcontractors/sub-awardees with technical experts
(both USG and other USAID partners) and providing contractual and management support on an as-needed basis.
