“Describe how the WTC Health Program benefits will be delivered in a geographically spread member population including providing at least one dedicated clinic site for a community with 1,000 - 2,000 members within a 75-100 mile radius.”
Does the term “dedicated clinic site” mean a brick and mortar clinic that monitors, evaluates, and treats only WTC Health Program members and no other patients?
Attachment 1 Requirements and Core Functions
p.1
The dedicated clinic site has to have specified space, time and resources allocated to the WTC Health Program members, but the space can be used to provide services to other benefit plans. For example, WTC Health Program will be served every Monday through Wednesday and other plans on Thursday and Friday.

NPN3
Could the NPN contractor partner with and augment an existing medical practice to act as the designated WTC Health Program clinic and serve the WTC Health Program members in that area in addition to their existing (non-WTC Health Program) patients?
Attachment 1 Requirements and Core Functions
p.1
Sub-contracting is allowed. Please see #2.

NPN8
“Describe a comprehensive approach to assess, collect and manage health insurance coverage information for medical and pharmacy benefits, and transmission of data to the WTC Health Program”
Do these requirements create duplication of effort with the Comprehensive Cost Avoidance-Coordination of Benefits contract that is pending award?
Attachment 1 Requirements and Core Functions
p.2
At this time, please describe your own comprehensive COB approach.
3a
NPN7 & NPN8

p.3&4
NPN15 is capacity and resources management
6
NPN27

Attachment 1 Requirements and Core Functions
p.4
After a member is assigned to the NPN. Please see the resources on the WTCHP website for more information.
