About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 22 (VISN 22) seeking information regarding ultrasound machine capabilities and availability. The RFI is part of a pre-solicitation phase for a potential federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number: 36C26226Q0896) to procure ultrasound equipment for VA medical facilities.

The RFI solicits detailed information from manufacturers and vendors regarding ultrasound machine specifications, technical capabilities, compliance with federal and VA requirements, pricing structures, delivery timelines, warranty and support services, and demonstrated experience in supplying medical equipment to federal healthcare systems. Interested parties are expected to provide comprehensive responses outlining their products' features, regulatory certifications, service capabilities, and ability to meet VA standards. This pre-solicitation phase allows VISN 22 to gather market intelligence and assess vendor capabilities before issuing a formal solicitation, helping to inform specifications and procurement strategy for the subsequent ultrasound machine acquisition.
