This notice is not an actual solicitation and does not constitute a binding contract or obligation to pay respondents. The government is interested in identifying all potential sources, particularly small businesses including 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned concerns. Interested parties should provide capability statements describing similar repair services performed for government and commercial customers over the past three years, anticipated teaming arrangements with clear delineation of prime and subcontractor work, and their applicable small business status. The government has determined that supplies are available from limited sources, does not own the technical data necessary for multiple sources, and is not planning to use commercial item acquisition procedures. All responses must be submitted in English and U.S. dollars, with foreign participation prohibited at the prime contractor level. The requirement is not expected to be set-aside exclusively for small businesses.
