Background

The 513 ERHS Tinian Solid Waste will be on the island of Tinian, nestled within the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), has long played a vital strategic role.

From its historical significance in World War II to its modern-day military operations, the island continues to evolve to support defense infrastructure and readiness efforts. As part of this ongoing commitment, maintaining municipal solid waste (MSW) collection services has become an essential requirement.

Located in North Ramp and North Field, the designated collection area serves a range of operational and logistical activities. Ensuring proper waste management is critical not only for environmental responsibility but also for sustaining the efficiency and cleanliness of key military and support facilities. To fulfill this mission, a contractor is required to provide comprehensive MSW collection services, bringing together trained personnel, specialized vehicles, supervision, and all necessary equipment—including dumpsters and safety gear. The services must align with strict operational schedules, outlined in Appendix B, to ensure timely and effective waste removal.

With this initiative, the goal is clear: to uphold a clean, functional, and mission-ready environment on North Ramp and North Field, Tinian. As operations continue to advance, reliable waste management remains a small but crucial component in supporting the broader objectives of the region.

The previous contract number is FA5025-24-CB007, awarded to TINIAN FUEL SERVICES INC [Cage Code: 5QQR3/UEI: LJJ3D2A3YQ23] for the total amount of $78,000.00.
