About this file
This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information document issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) conducting market research to identify vendors capable of supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Interested vendors must submit capabilities statements via email to Teresa Roshau-Delgado, Contract Specialist, at FACN.PROPOSAL.SUBMISSION@DEA.GOV by 10:00 am Eastern Time on August 3, 2026, with the subject line "Response to D-26-FS-0334 PPE." Submissions must include the vendor's name, government points of contact, Unique Entity ID (UEI), business size type and socio-economic status as registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and GSA Schedule/Contract number if applicable. The document explicitly notes this is a brand-specific requirement with no other brands to be considered, and vendors citing GSA Schedule must have products available on schedule at the close date.
The Government is using this market research to determine if sources are available to compete for a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a 12-month base period and four optional 12-month extension periods. All information submitted is voluntary and will not be compensated by the Government. If fewer than two capable small business concerns respond by the deadline, or if the Government determines no small businesses are capable of performing the requirement, the procurement may be solicited under unrestricted full and open competitive procedures. Responses will only be accepted via email; submissions by mail, fax, or telephone will not be accepted, and submittal materials will not be returned.
