About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command (AETC) regarding IT support services. The government is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing IT support services to AETC headquarters units/directorates, including administration and technical support of IT equipment, audio/video teleconferencing systems, and management of software license and IT asset programs.

The RFI requests industry feedback on several questions, including the contractor's business size and socioeconomic status, existing contract vehicles, appropriate NAICS code, and minimum notification time for a site visit. The government indicates this is not a new requirement and an incumbent contractor is in place. Respondents are asked to limit any capabilities statement to 3 pages and submit responses by September 27, 2024. The government will use the information gathered to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required IT support services.
