Specific deliverables may include developing clinical profiles for drugs under review (including indications, dosing, efficacy, and safety information), confirming drug specifications such as National Drug Code, dosage form, and route of administration, and providing related information on therapeutic alternatives. Responses must be submitted electronically by January 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time to DCBS.Opportunity@oregon.gov, with a Respondent Summary Page (Attachment A) completed and included. There are no set award dates or contract term specifics outlined in this RFI, as this is an information-gathering phase only and will not result in immediate contract awards.
Minimum qualifications require at least one key person on the respondent's team to hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and be using it professionally. Respondents must confirm PharmD credentials, demonstrate experience consulting for public entities and conducting clinical drug reviews, describe their process for completing the outlined objectives, confirm availability to support the Board, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest. This RFI is not a solicitation for bids or proposals and will not result in binding contracts or agreements; rather, responses will be analyzed for general information purposes and may inform the development of a subsequent solicitation. All costs incurred in preparing and submitting responses are the responsibility of the submitter and will not be reimbursed by the State of Oregon. Questions and clarifications are due January 14, 2026, with answers provided by January 21, 2026.
