About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to identify businesses capable of providing an Emergency Notification System (ENS) and Conference Bridge (CB) software package to support the FEMA Operations Center (FOC) and FEMA Alternate Operations Center (FAOC).

The RFI seeks concise responses from vendors with ENS and CB software capabilities that meet the functional and operational requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW). FEMA is conducting market analysis to further define its requirements and determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. The RFI requests information on the vendors' company, capabilities, and feedback on the draft SOW. Responses are due by 12:00pm ET on 05/14/2024. FEMA is contemplating a single task order award as a result of a potential future solicitation. The information gathered will be used to finalize FEMA's requirements.
