About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, regarding the upcoming Brunswick Harbor Entrance Channel Maintenance Dredging contract. The RFI seeks information from potential contractors on their capacity to dredge 1.5 million or 2.0 million cubic yards from the Brunswick Harbor Entrance Channel via trailing suction hopper dredge during the period of 15 December 2024 to 31 March 2025. The RFI also inquires about contractors' capacity to dredge 1.5 million cubic yards using alternative methods, such as bottom dumping of scow, barge, or hopper, with disposal in the ODMDS prior to 30 June 2024. The RFI requests any additional input from contractors for the government's consideration in formulating the bid schedule for the upcoming solicitation. This is an information gathering exercise only and does not obligate the government to any contract award.
