Respondents must provide detailed information across six categories: company profile including licensing and bonding capacity; service capabilities and areas of specialization; staffing, equipment, and emergency mobilization capacity; pricing structure for labor, equipment, and markups; past performance and references; and any value-added services or recommendations. CTCLUSI operates multiple governmental, housing, administrative, recreational, and enterprise facilities requiring ongoing maintenance, renovation, and construction services. The Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any response, request clarifications, or issue formal Requests for Proposals or Quotes following RFI review. No reimbursement will be provided for response preparation costs, and all information submitted may be used in future procurement planning. The RFI emphasizes CTCLUSI's sovereign nation status and seeks contractors capable of respecting Tribal policies, sovereignty, and cultural considerations.
