About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) seeking information about commercial solutions for a shared classified commercial infrastructure pilot program. The pilot program, mandated by Section 874 of the FY2025 NDAA, aims to enhance small business and institutional access to classified environments by expanding access to accredited facilities, reducing accreditation costs, increasing classified contract competition among non-traditional contractors, and identifying policy barriers.
Interested parties must submit responses (maximum 5 pages) by March 10, 2025, at 12:00pm to the provided email addresses. Submissions should address company information, proposed solutions across five technical capability areas and two accreditation consideration areas, cost estimates and business models, and implementation/scalability plans. No security clearance is required to respond. The RFI explicitly states it does not constitute a commitment to award a contract or issue an RFP. The government may conduct follow-up industry engagements based on responses received. The primary point of contact is Stevie A. Krekelberg, Contracting Officer at WHS/AD.
