The State of Oregon emphasizes that this RFI imposes no obligation to award a contract, and responders will not be reimbursed for submission costs. All documents submitted in response to this RFI are public records subject to disclosure under Oregon Revised Statutes unless statutorily exempt, and the state discourages the submission of sensitive, proprietary, or trade secret information. Respondents are instructed to keep responses concise, exclude marketing materials, and provide only information pertinent to the questions asked.
