INTRODUCTION

This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought notice is for a brand name limited competition for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ. Interested parties, who are authorized distributors for Keysight Technologies Inc., must provide proof of authorization.

THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible vendors capable of providing the required items listed below prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.

ELIGIBILITY

The PSC for this requirement is 6625; the NAICS is 334515 with a size standard of 500 employees. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond.

REQUIREMENTS

The scope of this effort is to procure the following Keysight Technologies parts: 30 each 11901A Adapters, 15 each 8485D-100-H84 Power Sensors, four (4) each 8490D-030 Coacial fixed attenuators, three (3) each 85053B Verification Kits, one (1) each 85054B Standard Mechanical Calibration Kit, 14 each 909D-011 Coacial terminations, 164 each 3458A-120 Digital Multimeters, one (1) E36104B-OEM DC Power Supply, 18 each Y1213A PXI EMC Filler Panel Kits, and three (3) each 478A-H75 Coaxial Thermistor Mounts.

SUBMITTAL INFORMATION

It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 3 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to meet the requirements for the items above. This documentation must address, at a minimum, the following:

1. Company Name; Company Address; CAGE Code, Company Business Size; and Point-of-Contact name, phone number, and e-mail address.

2. Company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s), DUNS number, and a statement regarding current small/large business status;

3. Statement regarding capability.

4. Proof of authorization to distribute Keysight Technologies Inc. products.

The capability statement package shall be sent by email to the Lakehurst Procurement Department attention Ms. Darla Kelly at darla.m.kelly2.civ@us.navy.mil and carbon copy (cc) to Ms. Shannan Germond at shannan.m.germond.civ@us.navy.mil. Submissions must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 20 November 2024.
