About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the 502D Air Base Wing, Department of the Air Force, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA-Lackland AFB, Texas) dated March 24, 2025.

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing maintenance services for 23 Military Razor (MRZR) All-Terrain Vehicles, model number MCAR4ED7MA. The detailed maintenance requirements are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated February 20, 2025. This RFI is strictly voluntary and for information and planning purposes only; no actual Request for Quotation (RFQ) currently exists. Respondents should not request an RFQ or expect to be added to a prospective bidders list based on RFI responses. If a solicitation is issued subsequently, interested parties must respond separately to that announcement.

The RFI requests information regarding company capability and interest, including small business status under NAICS Code 811111 (General Automotive Repair), socio-economic designations if applicable, prior military supply experience, electronic invoicing capability through Wide Area Work-Flow (WAWF), and estimated delivery timelines. Respondents may voluntarily provide cost information and indicate whether pricing will be through General Services Administration (GSA) or open market. Completed RFI responses must be submitted via email to parie.reynolds@us.af.mil no later than Monday, March 31, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., Central Daylight Time. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
