About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the FBI's Finance and Facilities Division seeking market research on mail and package tracking systems. The RFI is open to small business contractors and seeks to replace the current tracking systems at three FBI locations (JEH, LCADD, and Cheverly Warehouse) with a newer, up-to-date system. Interested vendors must submit capability packages and detailed product listings by 5:00 PM EST on March 44, 2025, to Travis A. Haefler at thaefler@fbi.gov.
Respondents are required to provide company details including name, UEI number, NAICS code, and business size, along with a complete list of products that can facilitate the mail and package tracking service upgrade. The RFI emphasizes that this is purely for informational purposes, with no commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Vendors are encouraged to submit innovative approaches that could result in products, solutions, and direct savings to the FBI, but are explicitly instructed not to submit proposals, offers, past performance information, or make requests to be added to any distribution lists.
