RFI Questions Technical Support Services Recompete Transportable Temporary Housing Quality Assurance and Forensic Analysis
1. Please describe your company’s experience providing technical support to a federal agency to ensure the agency’s effectiveness in providing Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs).
2. Please describe your company’s experience reviewing construction designs and requirements for Manufactured Housing Units (MHUs) and Travel Trailers (TTs).
3. Please describe your company’s experience performing in-plant inspections and/or monitoring the production process for MHUs and TTs.
4. Please describe your company’s experience conducting forensic analysis and investigations to determine the root cause of defects, damages, or failures in MHUs and TTs.
5. Please describe your company’s experience reviewing a vendor’s proposed repairs for MHUs and TTs.
6. Please describe your company’s experience reviewing MHU and TT requirements for a federal agency.
7. Please describe your company’s ability to quickly organize people and equipment to support a TTHU mission(s).
8. Please describe your company’s experience monitoring MHU construction to assure that the MHUs meet the following requirements:
· Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards 24 CFR 3280
· Manufactured Home Procedural and Enforcement Regulations 24 CFR 3282
· Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS)
· Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems in Manufactured Homes (NFPA 13D)

11. Please describe your company’s ability to provide adequately trained personnel to perform in-plant inspections and monitoring of quality assurance programs and manufacturing processes in a rapid manner for TTHU missions.
12. Describe your company’s experience working with the MHU industry as it relates to the manufacture and design of manufactured homes?
13. Describe your company’s experience working with the recreational vehicle industry as it relates to the manufacture and design of travel trailers?
14. Describe your company’s experience in training development for adult learners and Train the Trainer training development.
15. Please provide any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should considering in finalizing its market research and acquisition strategy.
