Offerors must be capable of providing linearity materials for a comprehensive list of 80 analytes including glucose, cholesterol, electrolytes, enzymes, cardiac markers, therapeutic drug levels, and specialized tests such as D-Dimer and high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein.
The scope of work requires offerors to perform validations in accordance with College of American Pathologists (CAP) standards, provide statistical analysis and linearity charts within two weeks of data collection, ensure matching lot numbers across all items in each shipment, maintain a minimum shelf life of six months from shipment date, and furnish 24/7, 365-day annual product support. Responses must be submitted as a maximum five-page capabilities document in MS Word format to kathleen.s.gorelick.civ@health.mil by 10:00 AM Eastern Time on May 12, 2026, with a question deadline of 10:00 AM on May 4, 2026.
