About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Robins AFB, Georgia, dated February 13, 2026. The RFI seeks market research information regarding the availability of qualified contractors to provide various Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) involving sheet metal working using waterjet technology. The requirement encompasses four line items under CLIN 0001: waterjet sheet metal working for models 5555 (qty 1), 55100 (qty 12), 60x (qty 2), and 80x (qty 1), each referenced to Commercial Item Descriptions A-A-60029-11, A-A-60029-12, A-A-60029-23, and A-A-60029-24 respectively. The procurement is categorized under NAICS Code 332322 (Sheet Metal Work Manufacturing) and is intended for delivery to multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations. This RFI is expressly not a solicitation, request for quote, or commitment to award; no payment will be made for responses, and responses will not be returned.

Responses should be limited to five pages and must include company information, GSA contract numbers and socioeconomic status, company capabilities, relevant experience, and anticipated teaming or subcontracting arrangements. Respondents must address twelve substantive questions regarding additional information needed for quotation, prior experience with contract types, any requirement elements that would preclude bidding, quote preparation timelines, risk factors, likelihood of subcontracting, production capacity, alternative IPE specifications, and recommendations for NAICS codes, GSA categories, and contract structure. The Government encourages contractor teaming arrangements through GSA Schedule Contractor Team Arrangements. Responses are due on or before the RFI close date. GSA points of contact are Brandon Tolson (Contracting Specialist) at Brandon.tolson@gsa.gov or (202) 215-4409, and Collette Scott (Contracting Officer) at Collette.Scott@gsa.gov or (202) 731-3021.

Request for Information (RFI) ONLY

Office of Centralized Acquisition Service Federal Acquisition Services (FAS) for

Delivery to Multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations

February 13, 2026

This is not a request for a quote (RFQ). This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning and information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the

Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a RFQ, nor does it restrict the

Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.

The information received in response to this notice will be used to further define the Government's requirement and determine if two (2) or more capable small businesses respond with information sufficient to support a small business set-aside and/or to determine if the Government can expect adequate competition. We encourage all interested large and small businesses capable of satisfying the requirement in full to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement.

For this acquisition, the Government contemplates use of NAICS Code 332322 titled: Sheet Metal Work

Manufacturing.

Information received as a result of this RFI will be used solely for market research purposes. The

Government shall use this market research in determining the best method of procurement, which is part of the acquisition planning process. This RFI is for information purposes only and no award will result from the RFI.

A. Purpose/Scope:

As part of its market research, the General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Air Force Life

Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) located in Robins AFB, Georgia, is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of interested and qualified contractors capable of providing the requirement as further described. The product description describes only the currently contemplated possible scope and may vary from the actual scope identified in the Final product descriptions included in any Request for

Quotation (RFQ).
